1. Ordering and payment

Most orders are processed within one to two business days (processing time does not include weekend days).

Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday.

Orders for Priority Shipping will be processed the same day if received by 3:00 PM EST.

Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays).

*All purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases will be processed and shipped.

If an item selected is temporarily out of stock at the time of your order, you will be notified via email and advised of the expected ship date of the backordered item. Backordered items are shipped as soon as they are available. Please be assured that you will not be charged for any item until it is shipped. If for any reason you wish to cancel a backordered item, please contact us at 1-888-546-9704 and we will be happy to assist you.

4. Refund

Please contact us within 1 hour of order placement via our number, 1-888-546-9704 and we will do our best to accommodate your request to change or cancel your order.

Returns are being accepted for unused items only who purchased on the Website within 30 days from purchase. Which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
